  • A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment or advance payment has been received.
  • Prices and package availability are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
  • City to Himalayas reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, operational limitations, or incorrect pricing.

3. Payments

We accept payments through secure online payment methods, bank transfers, UPI, and other approved payment gateways.

If payment is not received within the specified deadline, your booking may be automatically cancelled without prior notice.

4. Pricing

  • All quotations are based on current hotel rates, transportation costs, taxes, and government regulations.
  • Prices are subject to change due to:
    • Government tax revisions
    • Fuel price increases
    • Airline or transport fare revisions
    • Hotel rate changes
    • Currency fluctuations (for international tours)
  • Any applicable increase before final payment may be reflected in the final booking amount.

We maintain transparent pricing and do not charge hidden service fees.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges vary depending on the destination, hotel, transportation provider, and time of cancellation.

Any non-refundable bookings, permits, airline tickets, or hotel reservations will be charged according to the supplier’s cancellation policy.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting the applicable cancellation charges.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for:

  • Carrying valid government-issued identification.
  • Obtaining passports and visas (if applicable).
  • Carrying required permits and travel documents.
  • Verifying the accuracy of personal information provided during booking.
  • Following local laws and regulations throughout the journey.

City to Himalayas shall not be responsible for losses resulting from missing, expired, or incorrect travel documents.

7. Changes to Itinerary

While we strive to operate every itinerary as planned, City to Himalayas reserves the right to modify:

  • Hotels
  • Transportation
  • Activities
  • Sightseeing schedules
  • Routes

due to weather conditions, road closures, government restrictions, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Equivalent alternatives will be arranged whenever possible.

8. Travel Risks

Travel in mountainous regions may involve unforeseen weather conditions, landslides, traffic disruptions, or natural events.

By booking with us, you acknowledge these risks and agree that City to Himalayas shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, injuries, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

City to Himalayas acts as a travel organizer and coordinates services provided by hotels, transport operators, airlines, guides, and other third-party service providers.

While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for:

  • Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
  • Flight delays or cancellations
  • Lost luggage
  • Personal injuries
  • Theft or loss of personal belongings
  • Weather-related disruptions
  • Government restrictions or force majeure events

10. Intellectual Property

All content on citytohimalayas.com, including text, photographs, logos, graphics, designs, and other materials, is the property of City to Himalayas unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
